Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel

The Sheraton in Ho Chi Minh was one of the best hotels I stayed at in Vietnam. Perfectly located near luxury boutiques, with excellent service and spotless cleanliness. The staff is available 24/7 and always helpful. The breakfast was very diverse, with high-quality products. The only downside was when I ordered an omelette at the bar near the entrance — there was no mention of any meat or pork, yet it was served with meat on top as decoration. I asked for a new one, and while they did bring another, it still had the taste of meat on the parts that had been in contact. I ended up not eating it. Aside from that, everything was great. The welcome was warm and the room was absolutely perfect.

Fantastic experience st this hotel, eapecially the lounge staff, and especially Ms Dhu. The best lounge service i have received anywhere. Great status recognition, best location and the breakfast daily is great. Hotel was so great we canceled our other hyatt resy, and extended our stay here a couple nights

Our 6 night stay at the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera went by too quickly. Our “accidental” stay turned out to be a blessing in disguise. We changed our date of travel and as a result, the original booking with another hotel was cancelled and could not be rebooked. From the moment of check in at the Club Lounge to our check out, everything was as smooth as can possibly be. We were very impressed with the level of service. Every staff performed beyond and above expectations. Special mention to the team at the Club Lounge. Obviously very well trained and good teamwork. In addition, the evening cocktail hour from 6 to 8 pm was a treat! The level of the selection on offer was quite amazing. We were here for 6 nights and not once was the buffet repeated. Our Studio suite was extremely comfortable and spacious. Housekeeping did a brilliant job each day. Breakfast team & quality was very efficient & tasty too. Overall, the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera though is an old property, the soul of the team shines bright!
