Sheraton Saint Hyacinthe Hotel

Nice hotel with decent amenities. The pool haad a great view and was the perfect temperature. Rooms were clean and staff were helpful. Lots of decent food options nearby.

One of the best hotels along the Montreal–Quebec route! We stayed there on New Year’s Eve and were impressed by the clean, spacious rooms and well-organized facilities. It’s conveniently located midway between Montreal and Quebec City. The only downside was that, despite breakfast being included with our booking, it wasn’t offered the next morning due to the kitchen being closed—with no alternative arrangements made.

We stayed here yesterday on our way to New Brunswick. When we checked in we were told we had lounge access and it was open for evening service. They did not say what time. We went up to the lounge around 4:30 pm but no one was there. We went back around 5:30. Still no one was there and there was no food laid out. We went down to the lobby. My husband checked at the desk. They said there should be someone there and there should be food. We went back up. There were 2 staff there now talking to each other and some pita chips and salsa laid out. That's all. When we asked they said there was nothing else and no way to order something to drink. The breakfast was marginally better. They had one hot item. Poached eggs that were overcooked. The muffins were stale. They did have some fresh fruit. We will not stay here again.
