Sheraton Samui Resort

I recently visited for breakfast as an outside guest, and I must say — it was an absolutely delightful experience! The breakfast buffet had such a wide and impressive selection, with a great mix of both international and local dishes. Everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What stood out even more was the warm and welcoming service from the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, making me feel just as valued as an in-house guest. A special thank you to Chef COCO, who was incredibly kind and attentive. Chef COCO took time to make sure guests were happy and satisfied, which truly added a personal touch to the whole experience. Although I wasn’t staying at the hotel, I felt completely welcomed. I highly recommend coming here for breakfast — not only for the delicious food, but also for the lovely atmosphere and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

I was surprised with the mix reviews - but we found both our rooms well maintained (no bed bugs), roomy and very comfortable. It’s definitely and older property, but it adds to the charm of the place (everything is solid wood and feels great). We ordered in a couple of times, used the beach bar (which was great) and the breakfast was fantastic on all 3 days we stayed here. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I think they have a great work ethic in the hotel here.

A truly wonderful place on earth. The people are so accommodating and friendly. A magnificent garden with great attention to detail. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. This hotel fully deserves its 5 stars. Great spa. Even on vacation, you can climb a few stairs. That's no problem. Otherwise, they happily chauffeur you around in buggies. Everything is very well organized. The beach is incredibly beautiful. You can look forward to it!
