Amazing stay at Sheraton Shaoxing hotel. Rooms are super clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is amazing. Lot of amenities for a comfortable stay. A little far (45 mins) from Shaoxing city center and Shaoxing North railway station but that doesn’t change my overall rating.
A great experience! The hotel is really nice, beautiful. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is amazing! My room also had a very a nice view! Great cost-benefit ratio
The worst hotel under Marriott that I have encountered ever. You can see from Marriott APP the rating of the hotel is only around 3.5, which is way way lower than other Sheraton hotel under Marriott. I booked the hotel months in advance, however, the hotel cancelled my booking many hours later without any notice. They told me the original price was error. However, I have arranged all the trips including non-refundable air ticket during this period. Actually, the original price is very reasonable for a hotel with such low rating. The similar price also can be seen for several Westin hotel in the mainland of China with much higher rating (4.4 +). This Sheraton Shaoxing Shangyu will never respect the guest benefit and legal right, while I would suggest Marriott lower its category from 3 to 1. A new Hilton will be opened soon in this area, and the service and customer care is much better than the Sheraton brand.
