The hotel 😍😍😘is very beautiful, and the service in the main restaurant was excellent. Abram greeted us with a wonderful smile at breakfast every day and was very attentive to us. We made reservations in the Italian restaurant. 😍The food was delicious, and the service from the restaurant manager, Abram Zakaria, was wonderful. Thank you so much.😍😍

Lovely hotel, spacious rooms with spectacular views. A special mention goes to Mohammed from house keeping who left our rooms spotless each day. He could not have been more helpful or kind to us. The rest of the staff were also extremely polite and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend. Room 520.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Sharm El Sheikh Hotel and had a mostly mixed experience. While the hotel itself could use some improvements in cleanliness and customer service, there were a couple of individuals who truly stood out. Firstly, Captain Ahmed from the diving center was fantastic. His professionalism, friendliness, and expertise made our diving excursions enjoyable and safe. His dedication to providing a great experience really made a positive impression. Additionally, I want to commend driver Abdullah for his good manners and courteous attitude. His respectful and friendly demeanor made traveling around the area more pleasant. On the other hand, I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the general staff's attitude towards guests. It seems that more training in customer service could greatly enhance the guest experience. In conclusion, I appreciate the exceptional service from Captain Ahmed and Abdullah, but hope the hotel management focuses on improving cleanliness and staff training to provide a more comfortable stay for future guests.
