Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel

Late night check in was a breeze. Front desk was cheerful, efficient and welcoming. Snared an upgrade to a very spacious suite, courtesy of my Platinum status. Asked for directions the next day and Kate at the front desk went above and beyond, walking me to where I needed to cross a main road in the direction of my destination. What an impressive level of service and hospitality! Futian Sheraton enjoys a direct link underground via City Link Mall to Futian HSR Station. Numerous restaurants and shops line the pedestrian walkway.

We rented the suite, which is large and it has a walk in closet. I am giving a four star because the room is dated and smells a little muggy. The location of the hotel is very convenience and service staff is very friendly. We happened to be there on Labor Day, so there was a parade, the parade was passed through the front door of the hotel, so we enjoyed watching the parade while we were there.

Dated and have a moldy smell throughout the hotel. Food is acceptable but the service is not up to par base on Sheraton standard. The service staff and the cooks when attending to customers request are not well trained. Disappointed at this service level from a Sheraton hotel
