My recent stay at the Sheraton Suites Plantation was nothing short of exceptional, and what truly set this experience apart was the outstanding customer service—especially from the front desk clerk, Byron. From the moment I checked in, Byron made me feel like a valued guest. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail created a welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Byron consistently went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Whether it was providing helpful local recommendations, assisting with last-minute requests, or simply greeting guests with genuine kindness, his dedication to excellence did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to encounter someone so committed to hospitality and guest satisfaction. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with spacious suites, comfortable beds, and all the amenities one could need. But it’s the level of service—particularly Byron’s exceptional care—that will keep me coming back. Sheraton Suites Plantation is lucky to have him, and I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking not just a stay, but an experience.

I really can’t say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. Caroline, Bryton, and Cassandra were all so welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. I wish I had names for housekeeping staff as they were great as well. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The only negative things to say is that the handle to turn on the water in the shower was so difficult to turn! We had to use both hands to turn it and adjust water temperature. Also the $12 daily parking fee feels a bit like a scam as the garage parking appears to be free for anyone visiting the restaurants and shops nearby. Rooftop pool was lovely and M club always had cold water and snacks to grab as we headed out to explore the area. Enjoyed our 3 day stay and would recommend to others!

Stayed here for a work trip. It was a beautiful hotel just didn't have much time here. Didn't check in until after midnight and had to turn around and be up at 5 am to do some computer work and hit the road. My only complaint is having to walk all the way back out to the parking garage to put a ticket in my window at 1230 when I was alone and exhausted.
