Had a really nice overnight stay. Staff was polite (had to call twice for pillows to be sent up, but we called after 10pm so it's understandable. They were apologetic) and the room was clean with a great AC. About the only "negative" thing I can say is it's odd that the TV has no Internet viewing option, which is pretty much standard these days (e.g., an option to log into your YouTube, Max, etc., account and view your streaming subscriptions). Used a Roku we brought and it worked fine. Great location. Would definitely stay again.

Lobby was very nice. Easy access to the parking garage as well. Room was very nice. Clean, didnt smell and the air conditioner was super cold. When I checked in, I asked about the club room access. I was told it is under renovation and is closed. I was offered a voucher for breakfast the next day. For only two of the four total guests though. They charge $18.95pp, which seems very high for what the breakfast is. After some haggling, they gave it for all four. Of the two elevators, only one is working. There was a sign and basket of fruit and cookies for the inconvenience. Having a son in a wheelchair, it was difficult to catch an open elevator during peak hours.

Extremely Disappointing and frustrating Check-In Experience We arrived at the Sheraton right at 3:00 PM after a 7-hour drive, expecting a quick check-in so our family of four could change before heading straight to a family event. We were told our room would be ready in 30 minutes most. By 3:30, the room still wasn’t ready. At 4:00, still nothing. We asked if there was a space where we could at least change clothes, but were told that wasn’t possible. By 4:30, there was still no estimated time for our room, and we had no choice but to leave for our event in the clothes we had traveled in. When we returned later that evening, the manager explained the hotel had been fully booked the night before and they had allowed guest to checkout as late as 4:00PM, the same time we were supposed to be checking in. We paid for a room we couldn’t access when we needed it most, and no effort was made to make the situation right. We’ve always chosen this Sheraton because of its consistent service and reliability, which made this experience especially disappointing. At the very least, guests deserve clear communication, accountability, and the basic courtesy that reflects the brand’s standards.
