Sheraton Taitung Hotel

Impressive building and interesting interior. Very supportive frontdesk staff ....kudos to Iris ...for being helpful and kind. She set me up in a quaint little room with a beautiful view. Just what I needed. An awesome sauna experience and breakfast for every taste. The human connection made it a worthwhile experience. Thanks A-nu, live a great life.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Sheraton Taitung. The location is ideal, and the hotel lives up to Sheraton’s worldwide standards. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the impeccable service from Berica Jiang and Albert Tiong. Berica went above and beyond in assisting us with booking both our ferry to Green Island and train tickets online. She was always smiling, approachable, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Kudos to Berica - keep up the great work!

Though we wished we’d been able to get a room with a tub, the shower was fine and the room was clean and comfortable. We were on the top floor that provided thrilling rides and views in the elevator. The laundry facility was clean, inexpensive and efficient. There’s an auditorium, very nice for community events. The breakfast buffet is outstanding with many selections of both Asian and Western choices, all of it delicious. The fitness area is very nice and I wish we’d had time to enjoy the spa. The Moon Bar has delicious dishes and lovely cocktails. They even let us take a nightcap to our room. The city views were nice and we could almost see the ocean. Robes and slippers were cozy. Would definitely stay again.
