Great location near the high-speed railway station and international airport, right in the heart of the city's new economic and commercial hub. The rooms are impeccably clean and extra spacious, with management staff that are both friendly and professional. The breakfast is excellent, and the lounge offers an amazing experience with superb cocktails. A special thanks to the executive manager, Ms. Shang, and her bartenders for providing an unforgettable stay at the brand-new Sheraton Hotel in Taiyuan. Overall, outstanding five-star customer service. Highly recommend staying here again!
I would strongly recommend this hotel with my 2-night stay. The staff here were super nice and they made me feel being at home. The restaurants of the hotel were amazing!
