This place was amazing! I went here for my 21st and I am so grateful we chose the Sheraton as our stay. The staff was super friendly and always welcoming! The location is super close to broadway, shopping galore, and our view was outstanding. We were apart of the lounge which had a private terrace and plenty of drinks supplied. Highly recommend!

Staff members were friendly. The rooms were nice, but small. The biggest problem my family and I had was with the AC. It became really hot and warm in the room, and when my mom reported it to the front desk the first time, they never came to check it. When we were checking out, she repeated the problem to them again. We do not plan on coming back to this hotel for our future trips.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful Stay – Thank You, Sabrina! We had an amazing experience at this hotel, and I want to take a moment to highlight the exceptional care we received from the assistant manager, Sabrina. From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Great location, close to SoHo shopping, quick walk to the piers, Little China, and Little Italy! However, what truly stood out was the way Sabrina handled a parking issue we encountered. We had unknowingly booked parking through a third-party site (Way.com) that turned out to be a scam. As soon as we brought it to her attention, Sabrina went above and beyond to make things right. She was compassionate, proactive, and immediately took care of our parking situation with no hassle. Her professionalism and empathy turned a stressful moment into a reminder of why excellent customer service makes all the difference. Thank you, Sabrina, for your kindness and quick thinking—it did not go unnoticed and made our stay even more memorable. We’ll definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family!
