Sheraton Tunis Hotel

This hotel made our visit to Tunisia exceptional. I loved every aspect of this place. But let’s start with what made our visit very unique; the service. The service is top notch, great staff and dedicated people. Whatever the situation, whatever the time they’d always be there to help. I would come back to this place mainly for their amazing staff. The rooms are so clean and nice. They have a large amount of food variations. The room service is very professional. The pool is clean and they offer a variety of drinks and cocktails there. Maybe the only thing that I think they could improve at, is the quality of their open buffet food. Very dry and not very tasty. Their ice cream in the other hand is one of the best ice creams I have ever tasted. I highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Even though we arrived late for brunch (almost at closing time!), they graciously accommodated us, ensuring we didn’t miss out on anything. Their attentiveness and hospitality truly stood out.
