Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel

A couple of things make this hotel very special. The courtyard is an actual oasis, the pool is the perfect temp and offers sun or shade loungers, the restaurant and bar are large and airy and the food is just fantastic. The people are what really sets it apart. Marvin and Heather were absolutely first class...they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed from fishing licenses to a freezer for 150lbs of fish to ensuring our teenage daughter could check in without us there. Then the concierge Hendrix made us feel right at home by taking care of our gear and treating us like family. I will absolutely stay here again. On a side note, the lobby is spectacular.

Great location only .50 mile from Translink & great Sherman club location; however it is being revamped so they were nice enough to give us coupons for free breakfast & free appetizer each day. Room was clean and staff was nice. Neighborhood was also safe.

Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our 4 night stay here. When we first checked in, we both felt the room wasn’t properly cleaned. In the bathroom, there was a hairtie that was left by the previous guest so it instantly felt like the rooms weren’t properly cleaned. The bathroom was really small and had a weird layout but the room was spacious. Parking was $21 a night which felt really high. Overall it felt kind of run down, since a spider literally descended from the ceiling as we were walking through the hallway. Only perk I would say is great is that they have shuttles to the airport every half an hour. I would recommend staying at the Hilton next door instead.
