Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel

Had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Guildford! The highlight of our experience was the exceptional service at the front desk—special thanks to Anthony, who was incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. His warm demeanor made check-in smooth and set the tone for the rest of our stay. We were also blown away by the stunning view from our room—absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. It added an extra touch of relaxation to our trip. Highly recommend this hotel for both service and scenery!

Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel in Surrey, BC, offers a fantastic stay with comfort and convenience. I stayed in the Studio King room, which was well-equipped with essentials like an iron and ironing board, an alarm clock (which helped me a lot), and key card access for quick and easy entry. The room was clean and comfortable, with common amenities such as body soap and carpeting. The price was fair and very comfortable, making it a great value for the experience. The hotel offers excellent food and drink options, including a restaurant, bar, table service, and room service, which was always active and super quick. There are also vending machines for added convenience. For entertainment, the hotel has a nightclub, game room, and casino—though I didn’t use them much, they seemed like great options for those interested. The front desk staff was very helpful and informative, making check-in and any inquiries smooth. Parking was hassle-free with plenty of spaces at a reasonable price, though I do wonder if free parking is available. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and amenities—highly recommended!

The hotel features a welcoming housekeeping staff attentive to guests' needs. However, the front desk service could improve, as it was not helpful during my stay. Additionally, while the hotel does not offer comprehensive hospitality services, guests may request a trolley for their luggage. It was noted that I needed to go down to the lobby to retrieve it myself, which may not be the most convenient option. Also, many kids were running in the hallway between 8:30-9:30, and the door wasn't soundproof, so the noise woke us up. We came very late from the family wedding reception, so we planned to wake up at 11am
