Loved this hotel! The location, the service the rooms and most importantly the ambiance was impeccable. I was here for a four day conference, so I also had the pleasure of using their conference amenities in addition to the hotel amenities which included the pool and gym. I was so impressed with the care and attention to detail by the staff and the “quirky nature” of the place, for example, a vintage car in the lobby or a beautifully lit trees in the hotels roundabout. I included a video to show the hotel’s location in a trendy area filled with lots of bespoke restaurants, and an amazing view of the waterfront. Overall, highly recommended!

Location is good. If you are staying in the south tower and self parking just watch the signs underground as it’s not well marked. Pool was mediocre at best considering the perceived class of this hotel. Also these amenities are shared with the condo residents. One of two hot tubs were not working. Room and housekeeping were fine/clean. Lacklustre recommendations on food from concierge.

We stayed for one night and were really impressed by the concierge staff — they were easily the best part of our visit. Super friendly, welcoming, and gave us a great dinner recommendation (definitely try Joey’s — the food and service were both excellent!). We had reserved the family room, which was a bit of a mixed experience. The "adult" room consisted of just a king bed — no desk, no chairs, no dresser — which made the space feel a bit bare and inconvenient. Surprisingly, the "kids" room had more functionality with two double beds, a desk, and a chair. The lack of seating in the main room was frustrating, especially for a family setup. In hindsight, we probably would have been more comfortable booking two separate rooms to have more space and seating options.
