Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort

For a Sheraton, this stay was absolutely five stars! The view from our room was incredible—we could see the ocean and Diamond Head right from our balcony. Waking up to that every morning made the trip unforgettable!! The location is unbeatable. We were just steps away from Waikiki Beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean anytime we wanted. Plus, everything else—restaurants, shops, and attractions—was within easy walking distance.

Front desk and concierge are lacking. But that’s my only complaint. Housekeeping and room were top notch! Loved The Edge pool. Would have liked an adult hot tub. I felt it was strange that the only hot tubs were at the kid pool. LOVED the koi pond.

This hotel is fine, but the noise level was an issue. Unlike some guests who are more considerate, people here don't seem to mind being loud. They made a lot of noise in the hallways late at night and never stop their children from screaming which really affected my rest. I hope hotel can put some sign on the hallway to educate those tourists or make doors more sound proof.
