Sheraton Xi'an South

As an American staying at Sheraton Xi’an South for an extended period and only speaking English, I can confidently say my overall experience was amazing. From housekeeping to laundry services and the daily check-ins, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. Plus, the rooms are very spacious and clean. A special mention to Tony, our driver to work every day, whose exceptional customer service truly stood out. His dedication, along with the attentiveness of the other staff, made my stay even more memorable. If I ever return to Xi’an, I would choose this hotel again without hesitation. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Really wonderful hotel. The rooms are really nice, big and comfortable. The service is impeccable, everyone is always ready to give you a hand, advise you and with a smile and sympathy they fill your heart. The food is of quality and quantity. The location 10 minutes from the centre, but easily accessible by taxi or by renting bikes. The talent park nearby is beautiful, perfect for training, running or walking. Nicole is unique, in advising for anything and pleasing everyone, always. Thank you so much for hosting me as a family.

Location isn’t the best but it makes up with the great room and good breakfast buffet. Quite odd that the bath tub is right in the middle of the hotel room.
