Sheraton Zagreb Hotel

Excellent stay at the Sheraton Zagreb. The location was perfect—just a 10-minute walk to Ban Jelačić Square and close to everything we wanted to see. We really enjoyed the amenities, especially the indoor pool, gym, and spa. Breakfast buffet was also a plus with a solid variety of options. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We liked it so much that we booked another night before our flight back to the U.S. Would definitely stay again!

Really lovely hotel. Would recommend for anyone to visit Zagreb. The staff were really friendly. Very nice rooms. And with the extras like the pool, sauna and gym made it very enjoyable. Also the best cappuccinos ever in the lobby! Some feedback that I think would improve the hotel for future guests. The air conditioning could be better, we found it to be very weak during the night and made sleeping not as comfortable as it could be.

Good hotel with best location to go to the bus and train station, or to old town and city centre. Clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet staying, big lobby, and lovely staff from hotel door staff, reception, concierge, SPA, to the house keeping. Nice little swimming pool and clean relaxing health club facilities like finnish sauna, normal sauna, and steam room.
