Sheraton Zhenjiang Hotel

I had a great stay here. It seems a lot of the staff knows English and they were very helpful and kind. The room are great big and spacious with a good view. The room kept most of the sound out from the busy road down below. Great location next to malls and any transportation you’ll need. The only thing that wasn’t so great is you had to pay for a swimming cap, I would think they’d be complimentary for guests to swim.

Not everyone speaks English at this hotel but they all make a concerted effort to try. The employees here are all super friendly and I received the best service. I highly recommend this hotel. The manager, Kevin, and the bartender, Amanda were especially polite. When traveling in a foreign country, this type of consideration really makes the difference.

Checked in to Sheraton Zhenjiang. Nice hotel with good rooms. Someone should have guided us how to utilise the lift. There is one common problem in almost all hotels of China and that is non availability of English speaking personnel at the reception. That's why it becomes difficult for non-chinese to communicate. Rest looks fine.
