It was comfortable for a single night stay but alot of on road noise and electricity supply issue at night. Staff were helpful but asked for a breakfast pack as we left early the night before but nothing arranged even though we were assured it would be.
Decent place if you ask me. Good food. Moderate service. My review is only negative because of the piano in the lobby. It requires SERIOUS tuning and repairs IMMEDIATELY. As a pianist, I had never faced such disappointment in my beloved instrument. How 'bout we make a deal... If you have it tuned and repaired, I will play in your restaurant for a few hours a day. Sound fair??
I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I encountered multiple issues that significantly impacted my experience. Below is a summary of the problems I faced: 1. Lack of Air Conditioning: The absence of a working air conditioning system made my room uncomfortably hot, especially at night. 2. Mosquitoes: There were numerous mosquitoes in the room, and there were no mosquito nets or insect repellents provided to mitigate this issue. 3. No Fly Screens: I was unable to open the windows to let in fresh air because they lacked fly screens, leaving me with no choice but to endure the heat and insects. 4. Food Quality: The food provided was of poor quality and did not meet the expectations set by your hotel. 5. Internet Connection: The internet was completely unavailable during my stay, which caused significant inconvenience. 6. Water Supply Issues: There was no water available during the night, which is unacceptable for a hotel. 7. Non-Functional TV: The TV in my room was not working, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. Additionally, the overall lack of communication about these issues made the situation even more frustrating. I believe these problems fall well below the standards expected from a hotel of your reputation. I would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to address these concerns and improve your services for future guests.
