Sherbrooke Castle Hotel

Sherbrooke Castle Hotel was an absolute gem! This was our first stop on our honeymoon trip to Scotland! Our experience exceeded expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel so welcome. The food was delicious; every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The hotel lobby vibes was just perfect. I completely fell in love with the bathroom — it was stunning and added such a luxurious touch to our stay. We truly felt pampered and well taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a charming and elegant getaway in Glasgow! I regret booking just one night, will definitely come back!

We recently had our wedding at Sherbrooke Castle, and it was everything we dreamed of and more. The venue itself is absolutely stunning—full of character, charm, and elegance, creating the most beautiful backdrop for our special day and for August wedding the gardens were in full bloom. From the moment we booked, the service was exceptional. A very special thank you to Claire and William, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Claire was so supportive and organised throughout the planning process, always quick to respond and happy to help with any little detail. On the day itself, William was incredible—calm, professional, and always one step ahead to make sure everything ran seamlessly and took us aside into the lounge between photos to make sure we got a bite to eat and a drink to celebrate. The staff on the day were all wonderful, the food was outstanding, and the overall experience was just magical. So many of our guests commented on what a beautiful venue it was and how smoothly everything flowed. Majority of our close family stayed at the hotel and each commented on how lovely and spacious the rooms were. We had the tower room (No11) on our wedding night and it was just incredible. Breakfast was a buffet style or continental which was perfect however guests were also able to choose other things from menu if they wanted to. Sherbrooke Castle will always hold a special place in our hearts and we will definitely be back to visit! If you’re looking for a romantic, elegant, and truly stress-free wedding venue, we couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

This hotel is beautiful, charming and an absolute gem! It's hidden in a beautiful neighborhood just minutes from downtown Glasgow which just adds to it's charm. The room was very comfortable, clean and the modern amenities made it a perfect combination of vintage beauty and contemporary convenience. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had a delicious dinner in the elegantly decorated & intimate dining room. From wine, to appetizers, entree and dessert, service was impeccable and the food & drinks were flawless. This hotel has an interesting history and is a real value. I wish all hotels were at this standard and provided this level of experience.
