Shervud Hotel

The rooms and toilet, bed linen are clean, there is a storage area - a closet (only 2 hangers), The water pressure in the shower is good, there were no problems with hot water; the staff is polite. I didn’t like the mattress (at first glance it is hard, but during the night it becomes noticeable and you wake up in a hole), There is no elevator, you can lift things yourself, there are young girls at the reception who won’t help you lift a heavy suitcase. At night you could hear people running and stomping from above.

The hotel does not at all correspond to what is stated in the chain, breakfast is the same price as a normal restaurant - but there is no choice, the price for a room is higher than in chains, but it is dark, audible, smells of sewage and there is no ventilation. Probably only the location in the center is ok, but not for that kind of money

I stayed at this hotel in November 2023. I was passing through for work for a few days and chose this hotel; from the photo it seemed nice and convenient in location. As far as I remember, we were accommodated on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. I had to lift the suitcase myself, which, of course, is inconvenient. The room itself was small, but for 3 days it seemed fine, if not for one big BUT - AUDIOUSNESS. As an example. I couldn’t sleep all three nights because women’s screams and squeals were coming from both sides, it felt like I was in a brothel. And the floor was also cracking very badly in some places, and it seemed as if in the middle of the night someone was walking on tiptoe around the floor and standing near the doors of these rooms, listening to those same squeals. I can’t imagine staying with children and watching such a picture at night... I will never stop for the second time and do not recommend it to anyone.
