We had a truly wonderful experience at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and at home. Everyone—from the servers to the front desk—was incredibly pleasant and friendly. What really stood out was how attentive they were: they remembered our names and even our usual drink and meal preferences, which added such a thoughtful, personal touch to the stay. Housekeeping was equally impressive. Not only was our room kept spotless, but our housekeeper also paid attention to details that often get overlooked. She noticed a minor repair that was needed and immediately contacted maintenance, who came by promptly to fix it. That kind of proactive care really says a lot about the service culture here. All in all, this hotel combines excellent service with a calm, elegant atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The Hotel is perfectly suited for someone to relax and forget about everyday life. All the personal was welcoming and kind. They managed to make me feel at ease and were super atentive to every demand. It is not a large complex, so everything is easily accessible. The quality was great and the possibility for activities was well-structured throughout the day. I would recommend the Hotel and by possibility come back.

Can't not the fault, attentive at all times. Room always clean, and the maid even brought me a feather pillow, even though we rudely can not speak their language, she understood my actions. She changed the sheets twice for us, and clean towels every day. Room has plenty of toiletries. Plenty of cupboard space. Unfortunately, the curtains didn't meet, so the light came in, also came off the rail at times, lucky im a seamstress and fixed-We did tell them, but nothing happened. The food in all positions is plentiful with choice for all, and was the best we have had, and we are fussy, it had taste. Drinks and bar staff are lovely and funny. Plenty of sun beds, but they do need replacing, and they are slowly doing this. Pool is clean and warmish. Plenty of games and fitness classes. Beech is pebbled, so take beach shoes for the sea which, again, is warmish. Plenty of shops a d choice if you forget your sun cream. The only true downside to this hotel is its position, it'd 1hr 50 mins to the airport, its in a barren area with no other restaurants or pubs to go to, and the roads and pavements are a disgrace which does not help the hospitality industry in this area. It was an area (Belek) bought by Russia in 1980 to be a massive golf and entertainment destination, but, building and infrastructure stopped. I do believe, that in 20yrs, this area will be a popular 'elite' destination and will have its own airport.
