Everything was great while we stayed, we asked for corner room and some to be prepared before we checked-in and they really take note on our request! Corner room was very spacious. The other thing that's important to us is the shower in the bathroom, we love it! They had upgrade the toilet seat into the smart one as well. The only thing that is lack about this hotel is the location, which is quite far from the MRT Station.
This hotel is an excellent choice for comfort and a little bit of luxury. The hotel might be a bit older than some but is renovated and well maintained, meaning the rooms are to a good standard and the hotel is awash with marble and nice touches on every floor. The pool is lovely and the gym is very well equipped. Breakfast is amazing and if you ever want to eat in then the choice of 5 restaurants plus room service will see you right. 5-10 min walk to MTR and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.
Looks better on thw outside, very old furniture and interior in the rooms. Also it does not smell good. Breakfast is nice and plenty of choices, it is always crowded and you will have empty waffles and juice all the time. Staff is nice though and good location. Very good gym, pool is also nice but max 28 degrees and feels colder.
