The deluxe room was spacious but poorly planned. The shower cabinet was very given how large the bathroom is. The shower door was broken. The breakfast buffet was terrible. They seems to have two different breakfast spread. The one used for our group tour was quite disappointing with very limited options and awful coffee.

We stayed here as a family expecting a comfortable experience, especially since it was advertised as a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing stay. First, the customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. We were not provided with any basic complementary items such as bottled water or an iron box. When we tried contacting the reception for assistance, we discovered that the telephone in the room wasn’t working. The TV was outdated, and to make matters worse, the remote didn’t work at all. There were hardly any charging points, which made it really difficult for us to charge our phones and devices. The air conditioner wasn’t functioning properly, and the room was stuffy and uncomfortable throughout the night. Housekeeping service was also very poor; the room did not feel clean, and there was no effort to check in or refresh anything during our stay. Overall, the hotel did not meet even basic standards, let alone that of a 4-star property. We are very disappointed, especially since we were traveling as a family and expected a relaxing and convenient stay. Would not recommend unless major improvements are made.
