I would have given 4.5 if I am allowed to. The room offers fantastic view to the valley. The staff are amazing and the included meals were excellent. The only thing is that the roof top onsen offers exceptional view but lacks a bathroom.
Stayed at Shikanoyu Hotel in March 2025 ♨️ Such a cute retro vibe and super relaxing onsen! Loved the outdoor bath & the food was delicious 🍱✨ Would love to come back 💕
Stayed from 10-13 Jan. It was a good place initially, with good service and food. However the biggest disappointment was the room. Stayed in room 516, It was infested with bedbugs. Hope they will clean up the room better. It is not stink bugs as mentioned in their memo
