Shila Athens

Shila hotel is one of the most unique and gorgeous hotels I’ve ever stayed in! It’s so thoughtfully designed and curated, making your stay a truly special experience. I will definitely come back if I visit Athens again and would recommend to others! The staff is so warm and caring, they treated us so kindly and cleaned our rooms everyday. We stayed with two little kids, they are kids friendly! and made us feel so welcomed. The breakfast is AMAZING! The rooms are absolutely delightful to stay in, there’s not enough words to describe this amazing experience. I’m so happy I found this hotel.

Shila is an absolute dream. It’s easily the most beautiful, charming, and intimate hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the thoughtful design, calming atmosphere, and warm hospitality. Every corner of the hotel felt like a dream—artful, serene, and full of character. It was more than just a place to stay; it was an experience. I was genuinely sad to leave and can’t wait to return. Shila is a true gem.

Shila is the most aesthetically pleasing hotel I have been in. Textures, colors, smells work exceptionally well. I would label it as alternative luxury - quiet, understated, whispers instead of shouting. I felt really at ease and at home there. The hotel only has 6 rooms, so it’s really quiet. The service was impeccable. They arranged lunches and dinners in great places, laundry service was super quick. I would really recommend this hotel for a couple for a romantic escape. Special thanks to Era and Nickoleta for looking after me on this stay. I will be returning to Shila sooner rather than later.
