Great location and fair price

Former Centra Avenue Hotel. We stayed during Songkran in April 2025. 4F. Approximately 1360B per night including tax. Good store. Good location. 2 minutes walk to Soi Buakao, 7 minutes walk to Beach Road, 3 minutes walk to Second Road, 5 minutes walk to Third Road, and 1 minute walk to LK Metro, making it convenient to go anywhere. However, since it was during Songkran, it was impossible to enter or exit the hotel without taking a bath. The furniture in the room is decorated in chic colors, creating a calm atmosphere. I imagine that it was probably renovated when the hotel management changed. The bed is king size.It's big enough. There is also a central lighting control switch next to the bed, which is convenient when you wake up. WIFI was usable without any problems with connection or speed. That's unfortunate. The location is difficult to find. The road to the hotel is narrow, making it difficult for cars to pass. There is no balcony. Staying in your room can make you feel trapped because there is no space to change your mind or feel the fresh air. Also, there is no smoking area in the room, so if you want to smoke, you have to go down to the first floor and go to the smoking area, which I think is difficult for smokers. Since I have multiple IT devices on hand, I felt that I didn't need many electrical outlets. Also, I felt that the water pressure in the shower was weak, and it took a lot of force to open and close the door.

Rooms looks grand but a it's a bit small. Location is wrong so don't follow maps.
