Very disappointed with my family’s stay. We’ve stayed at other Shilla hotels and liked them but this one was a real let down. We booked for 4 people, two adults and two kids, but when we got here they said the room only had a double and a single bed. The receptionist blamed us, saying we should have called to tell them we needed enough bedding for four people, which is ridiculous as surely booking for four people should be enough to tell them that each person needs somewhere to sleep. Our youngest had to sleep on the couch, with the suitcases jammed up against her to prevent falling off. His attitude was the worst part, not even an apology, just blaming us for their incompetence. Another huge failing was the air conditioning, or lack of it. We woke up to a sweltering room at 30C, even though the air conditioning was set to 21C and max fan. There was a tiny trickle of air coming out but nothing near enough to come close to making the room livable. We mentioned it to reception and he explained that, when it’s hot outside they can’t cool the whole hotel, so they turn the system off for periods of time. Meaning: avoid this place during the summer, and maybe the winter. All in all, a huge let down. The two stars are for the fact at least the cost was reasonable

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks on a business trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. However, it was very hot during my stay. While the temperature could be set to 20°C, the air conditioning didn't cool the room properly. I always had a temperature between 26°C and 28°C. After I complained, I was given a fan, but it didn't really help. Another downside was the slow internet. It was insufficient for work-related tasks.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disastrous. The air conditioning was so bad that the rooms became completely uninhabitable, like living in an oven. I contacted the reception, but their response was incredibly disappointing, informing me that all rooms suffer from the same issue with no solution in sight. I couldn’t sleep due to the extreme heat, and the situation was unbearable. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here under any circumstances—the poor air conditioning ruins everything, and it’s impossible to have a comfortable night in this hotel.
