This is the most expensive hotel I stayed in in South Korea, but it is definitely worth trying. I think this is the best hotel experience I have ever had in the country. The bed is super comfortable for a busy person like me. Since I have some overseas meetings in the early morning, the desk, cushion, sofa, and absolutely good breakfast power me up. I also like their amenities, especially the body wash. The woody smell is so relaxing. I hope you can offer a student discount in the future, which will make it more affordable for me to return. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. See you again in the future.

Location is very convenient and it provides access to many restaurants, shops and cafes. The hotel itself is nothing special. I paid for a deluxe room and can’t even tell the difference from a normal room. The room doesn’t even had USB ports for charging devices. Some of the staff members particularly in the breakfast are rude. The cleaning lady is extremely friendly and polite. I won’t be staying here again.

Have been travelling to Korea every year and this is by far the most disappointing hotel I had encountered. Pay for over USD 180 per night for their premium room. - Got the exact same room and size as their basic room - Air con is centralised, set at a high 28 deg blowing hot air out into the room even when the outdoor temperature can go as high as 22 deg sunny in the afternoon. - Feedback to their concierge (this is the best part), they replied in a very nonchalant and unapologetic tone that their aircon is down under repair, advise us to open a small window in the room for ventilation and they can get us a standing fan if we are still not satisfied. We stay for a good 6 nights and the aircon was never fixed. - Hotel has 3 passenger lifts, with two having faulty touch panels, hotel main lobby is located at level 8 which mean you won't see any hotel staff at all when you come back from level 1 of the hotel main street to your room. But the worrying part is from level 1 you can access to all floors of the hotel without a room key. This is the first time for me to encounter such a thing and when we are paying for a decent 4💫 hotel in Seoul and this is definitely the very first time in my life that I am paying usd180 per night in a hotel room and having to use a standing fan to cool myself to sleep for six nights, and the standing fan is not even cleaned. Nonetheless, kudos to the housekeeping staff for making an effort to tidy up our room every day even when we told them not to, and location is walking distance to most eateries and shopping districts. It was indeed an experience to remember.
