Fabulous place to stay with all amenities you could hope for with connected shopping centres and loads of food places nearby at Yokohama train station if you don't want to pay the more expensive Hotel restaurant prices. Brilliant views across city and even got a glimpse of MtFuji from our bedroom window

I went to the Shinyokohama Prince Hotel’s 7th floor BBQ last week. The staff were all very friendly. I wasn’t sure how to get to the BBQ area, so I asked one of the staff members, a trainee named Zar. Even though she seemed very busy, she was extremely patient and kindly guided me to the 7th floor. I really appreciated her warm and friendly smile — I think I might be falling for her.I do thank you and love you Shinyokohama prince hotel..
