My fourth time staying at this hotel. The location in front of the Shinagawa Station can’t be beat. Lots of services and restaurants around. This was a family trip and we had a very nice and cozy room. It’s a big hotel and not the newest and shiniest one, but comfortable. The second floor coffee lounge is nice.

Staff was friendly and helpful. No trash cans in common areas. Only a single electrical outlet in the whole room. Korean adapter included (and appreciated). Room was tiny and cramped (3 twin beds). The view out the window was magnificent. Conveniently located near commercial establishments, most of which close at 22:00. Pool was closed for the season.

I would not recommend this hotel to tourists. The property is extremely large and feels impersonal. There was no warm welcome on arrival and no staff available to assist or guide us. One evening we were hungry and travelling with children. When we asked the front desk for help finding food, they directed us to one of their restaurants that cost $90 per person. Only later did we discover they had a food court with affordable options, which they failed to mention. The rooms have large windows with nice views, but they are very small. The laundry is located far away and requires using multiple lifts, making it inconvenient. Although the hotel is close to a train station, the surrounding area feels like a business district and lacks any tourist-friendly atmosphere. On several occasions when trying to find food, staff and vendors crossed their arms at us, making us feel unwelcome. No one at the hotel spoke English or made any effort to assist. While the hotel is clean and tidy, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The negatives far outweighed the positives. Would not recommend this hotel.
