Shining Central Hotel & Spa

I stayed at this hotel in Hanoi for 3 nights and could not have been happier with my choice. The location was perfect — right in the Old Quarter, within walking distance of many sights, excellent dining options, and even places for late-night drinks. The room was spotless, modern, and equipped with all the comforts I could have asked for. Breakfast offered both continental and local options, giving a great start to the day. What stood out most to me, however, was the professionalism, warmth, and genuine service-mindedness of the staff. This was not just my personal experience — while waiting for transport or a tour guide, I witnessed many other interactions where guests were treated with the utmost respect and care. The team here clearly takes pride in making every guest feel welcome and valued. I can only give them my highest recommendation!

Had a wonderful 8 nights here. Jen and the staff were incredible and very attentive to all our needs. The spa was amazing and clean, relaxing and great discount staying at the place. The new pool on the roof top was amazing. The views were beautiful and had it to ourselves after breakfast. Highly recommend to others. Can’t express how lovely everyone was and even packed a breakfast of fruit and sandwiches for 4:30 am pickup to airport 🥰

I stayed at this hotel twice within a month, and both times the service was outstanding. Our room was comfortable and elegantly furnished, providing a relaxing retreat. The inclusive breakfast offered a wide variety, ensuring there was something enjoyable for everyone. The newly renovated sky bar was a perfect spot to unwind with a quiet drink while watching the sunset. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Their genuine care made our stay especially memorable. When we return to Hanoi, we will definitely choose to stay here again.
