We stayed here because of Tokyo Marathon. Its location just in front of the start line. It also has shuttle bis direct from the airport and the bus stop just in front of the hotel. Check in and out was easy, they have automated reception. You can store your luggage in luggage room. Safe and hassle free. The room was small as other hotel in Tokyo. Location is near Shinjuku mrt. 10 mins walk to central shinjuku.
Excellent location. The airport shuttle from Haneda drops just outside the hotel. The rooms are a bit small, if you have 2 or more big suitcases between 2 people, the room could be bit crowded. However, otherwise it’s very clean and tidy. All amenities in the hotel are very high quality.
The best part of this hotel is the location. It's inner Shinjuku but also a little out, walking is a must in Shinjuku! The rooms are for children, not full grown adults. Doors are tiny, bed, the room itself, very inner city style without ventilation. I wouldnt stay here over hotter weather. Service, never really had any encounter with staff, they seemed perfectly fine. However the staff at the Washington Hotel on L25 for breakfast were wonderful! Overall, if you don't stay in your room long, then it's a great hotel.
