Incredible area! So relaxing and somewhat secluded. Pools are great. Hot tubs are great. Close to basically everything you need!
The unit I stayed in was clean but needed some maintenance. The management company has since made updates, repairs and replacements so it should be very nice. The landscaping is exceptional. The location is exceptional as well.
Horrible at checkin! Sent to a unit that was filthy and a maintenance ladder was blocking one bedroom. The attic access was open with electrical cord hanging down. We contacted the front desk and requested another unit, they declined with no available housekeeping, desk staff acted as if it was our problem. Eventually, after being hung up on calls, they provided another unit. Bad staff attitude who didn' seem to understand it is their job have a clean safe unit ready for us. Totally unacceptable experience!!
