We stayed in the new Main Building and the rooms were so incredibly spacious and clean. It had lovely big windows with a beautiful view of the lake. The service was amazing, all the staff was so hospitable and helpful. The buffet breakfast and dinner had a great range and the food was delicious. It had a lovely onsen with a lovely outdoor area overlooking the lake. Loved our stay. Thank you!
This is a very luxurious hotel with spacious and clean rooms, and the views are excellent. Their hot springs are also quite good, with indoor and outdoor options, as well as gender-segregated baths (requiring designated clothing). The buffet offerings for both dinner and breakfast are extensive, with high-quality food choices.
I love the room, very spacious, great view and stylish. Good was good too! Many choices and breakfast was good as well. I was sick before I went to bed and asked for a thermometer and they let us use one. Amazing! I’ll definitely come back with my sister and nephew! This place is very kid friendly and great for a family
