The view from the town-facing rooms can’t be beat! The decor is outdated and there was a leak in the bathroom of our room, but everything was very clean and well-maintained otherwise. Nice and helpful staff. Complementary breakfast was good. I would love to come back!
We spent 4 days in this lovely hotel, family of 3. The room was big, with a balcony facing the mountains and the village (which has a great architecture). Everything was very clean, nice decorated bathroom, with good toiletries, towels that always smelled so nice. The staff was helpfull and always smiling, and well informed about things to do in the area. The food was good, but breakfast does not have many options. Parking can be a bit challenging, but personel is always there to help you with this. We enjoyed massages (kid also) at the spa, which was great for a good price. Well equiped fitness room, but the rest of the spa needs improvement. Very good location if you want to go hiking in various areas in the Rhodope. Overall, we really enjoyed this hotel.
We had a very pleasant time in the hotel. Rooms are spacious with a big bathroom with two sinks. The staff is very polite and nice, who makes its best for you to feel comfortable and welcomed. The food is tasty. During our stay, we were the only guests in the hotel and nevertheless everyone made us feel taken care of, specially turned on the SPA center, so we'd make the most of our stay.
