We felt welcomed immediately from check in. Special thank you to Merav Shalom for her superb customer service! The location was beautiful, right on the beach. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of delicious choices, even on the healthier side. Customer service was excellent and attended to all of our needs. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We will definitely come back.

Good rooms and great breakfast. Special thanks to Merav who really helped us and reached out directly. She let us stay in the room until mindnight for free as our flight was 4 am.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This hotel is nothing short of a disgrace. I came here to celebrate my sister-in-law’s wedding, expecting a pleasant stay for such a special occasion instead, it turned into a complete disaster. Upon arrival, I discovered a room flooded from water leaking out of the air conditioning, with the thermostat stuck at 27°C (80°F) impossible to cool the room. The wooden floor was torn up, with pieces missing in the corners, giving the entire place an abandoned feel. The bathroom? Dilapidated and repulsive, like something from a building left to rot. An overpowering stench of dampness hung in the air, so strong it made it hard to breathe. And it’s not just the room the common areas are in a deplorable state, dirty, worn, and utterly unworthy of any place claiming to welcome guests. In the hallways, it’s stiflingly hot with no air conditioning at all, which is simply unacceptable when it’s 31°C (88°F) outside. When you dare to charge prices like this, there is a minimum level of comfort and cleanliness that should be provided. Here, they are light years away from that minimum. The hotel claims to have been “recently renovated” this is a blatant lie. Nothing, absolutely nothing, matches their photos or description. The only positive note is the manager – a truly wonderful person who, embarrassed by the disastrous state of the hotel, even offered me her own room. But even with all the goodwill in the world, you can’t make up for the catastrophic condition of this place. In short: don’t set foot here. Avoid this place like the plague.
