“I understand that the building dates back to the Soviet era, but that does not excuse the doors being in such poor condition. I reported the issue, and while I was assured it would be fixed, nothing was done by the time I checked out—the door remained in the same ruined state. To be completely honest, the condition of the hotel gave off a rather unsettling, almost horror-like vibe. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent
Actually i was planning to give one star. Only a things good about this hotel Location nice, rooms wide, but all furniture very old and detrited... Beds very small, curtains are old coming out when try to use close windows. Price are very high I read some reviews from booking.com There are many good reviews. This is make me stay there. One n last stay no more. Reception some staff help some just ignore This place have great building If in right management hands, it will be great even can be 5 star hotel But, not even compare with 3 stars...
It is a very old and very run down hotel. The bed are very small and the mattresses are bad. Lying on the mattresses gives me back pain and the room is smelling. The bed sheets are dirty, the pillows are dirty, and the AC also is not working. The Wi-Fi very slow If you complain to the reception, they say, "I don't know why it's not working."
