The best communication I’ve ever had from a hotel with texts a week leading up letting me know about parking options then on the day confirming what bedding configuration I wanted, then a text to let me know I could check in early! Staff on reception were lovely and the rooms were amazing for the price. Nice decor, good view, separate bedroom to living area and a kitchenette. The room was lovely and warm on our arrival on a cold and windy day. Would definitely stay again!

Had a weekend trip for the concert. First step in the hotel, the song playlist is the singer's of the concert tonight which made really good vibe. Sophia from the reception is really friendly and helpful. Made the whole check in process smooth and fast. Customer service 10/10 for sure. Room is clean and tidy. Just one thing, the room is a bit dark even with the lights on. It will be better if it is bright, warm lights. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Not worth booking!! The biggest issue for us was the air conditioning - it only works on heat. When we called reception to ask how to cool the room down, we were told ALL ROOMS are automatically set to heating mode and can’t be adjusted. In a warm room, especially before bed, that’s incredibly frustrating and uncomfortable. Beyond that, the room was poorly maintained: an empty milk bottle had been left on the counter, the fly screen wasn’t on the tracks, and there was a visible stain on the bed sheet. This place is also super loud with traffic!! When I went to plug my phone in, the entire socket came out of the wall — which felt both careless and unsafe. We could also clearly hear the guests in the room next door, adding to the lack of comfort. In the end, we didn’t even stay the night. We packed our bags and booked another hotel. Not what we expected at all.
