Shota Rustaveli Aparthotel

These are photos from the underpass on Shota Rustaveli Street, not the Aparthotel. Unfortunately, GoogleMaps seem to only allow attaching photos to businesses, which is not my purpose. I only want to show how magnificent Tbilisi is.. not promote businesses

Very helpful staff, brilliant location, very good facilities (toilets, showers, smart Tv, comfy beds, etc). Fairly price. Shako and Maka were super super helpful. Would highly recommend them and their hotel.

The hotel only looks good in pictures. We book this place for the new year eve because it looked good and clean and fancy. First we got there we saw no sign, the door that google maps showed was different than the real one. We called the woman working there to send some help with the luggage, she said they dont have such service! The woman working there was not welcoming at all. She starts to nag about anything at beginning and at door! So we climbed 4+ hideous stairs with our heavy luggages to get there with no help. Then we got to out room. No shampoo no clean towels(i put the picture in the photos). But we didn’t had the energy to deal with the woman there so we got it over there. The room has the tiniest walls and it was the smallest hotel room we experienced in Georgia. We could hear the reception woman shouting to everyone from our room all the time. Also the room had no privacy, people can walk to your terrace easily and disturb you. They dont even offer you mineral water or coffee. It was only one electronic kettle in the reception so we wanted to use it they also again gave us a very hard time. Also at the night the other drunk guests in the hall and we couldn’t sleep so well. Our plan was to stay more but in the morning we ran away. So for a hotel for 100$ for a night in Tbilisi I had much more expectations than this , at least i expected some clean towels! Dont waste your money and time on this place! I hope they can improve at least the cleanness there and put some better behavior workers!
