Siam Bayshore Resort Pattaya

An extremely disappointing experience at this resort. Despite booking two rooms, we were placed in completely separate locations, and the only solution offered was to pay extra for suites. This is unacceptable guest management. Basic hospitality services were absent: no bell boys, no buggy drivers, and no proper room service. Requests for essentials like towels required multiple calls, with staff responding rudely. Housekeeping was careless rooms were not properly cleaned, and even used towels were left behind on the beds and sofas. The reception staff, particularly Kirin, displayed shockingly unprofessional behavior immature, arrogant, dismissive, and completely unfit for front desk responsibilities. Instead of assisting guests, he created further frustration. Overall, the resort fails to meet even minimum standards of hospitality. It is not worth the money, and I would strongly caution future travelers to reconsider before booking. Management must urgently address these issues if they wish to retain any credibility.

TERRIFIED!!! The room they gave us was connected directly to another one via doors. However, these doors are paper thin and you hear everything from the other room as if they were inside your own room. We had to listen to our neighbors, enjoying themselves loudly and the hotel management was unable to do anything about it. As a result, I was robbed off my sleep for half the night. Room was good.

DO NOT GO WITH THE PICTURES. BIGGEST SCAMMERS!!!! DRAIN DRAIN DRAIN.. Nothing else… Worst experience ever. They should call it SIAM BAY DRAIN. You will get rooms with drain view where you cannot even open balcony door because your room will be filled with gutter smell. All premises smell like gutter. And please ensure that they do not scam you with wrong fridge pantry items. Count it before you check-in else they will wrongly charge you for some items and you will end up paying without even touching anything. They will just ruin your trip with something or the other everyday.
