Siam Elegance Hotel & Spa

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Siam Elegance Hotels & Spa. From the moment we arrived the staff were exceptionally friendly and always available to help,making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, and we loved the daily touches like fresh towels, linen… Hotel grounds were beautifully maintained—greenery, multiple pools, and direct access to a private beach. The food was good with plenty of variety. Evening entertainment team were very entertaining .Every night was filled with energy, laughter, and great performances. The entertainment team were genuinely friendly and engaging—they made sure everyone felt included and had a great time. Thank you Siam Team for making our stay incredible. See you next year.

The food, service, entertainment, staff, and room service were all outstanding. We were especially delighted by the surprise awaiting us in our room. The housekeeper had arranged everything so beautifully, which made our return even more special. This holiday has left me genuinely overwhelmed with joy and gratitude. So much thank again! By the way the design made me think of Thailand, i missed my country!🇹🇭🥰

⭐ 1/5 – Terrible experience – never again! We stayed 10 nights at Siam Elegance Hotel in Belek and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. Major issues: Security concerns: 200 EUR were stolen directly from our hotel room. Although the thief was later identified and the money returned, the fact that this happened at all shows a complete lack of safety and control. Dirty facilities: The rooms were not properly cleaned, the beach was full of trash, and the general hygiene standards were far below acceptable. Unfriendly staff: Many members of the staff were rude, unhelpful, and clearly overwhelmed. Customer service was close to nonexistent. Overall atmosphere: The hotel was overcrowded, loud, and felt more like a cheap mass-tourism factory than a relaxing resort. Overpriced: We paid nearly 6,700 EUR for 2 rooms, and honestly, we feel completely ripped off. This is not a 5-star hotel by any standard. More like 2 stars, and that’s being generous. Avoid this place unless you want stress, filth, and the constant fear of being robbed.
