Had an excellent stay at this hotel with 2 others n the following was my experience 1. Excellent check in experience for first 2 guests 2. Excellent service at the bar n cafe n restaurant. Great staff 3. The triple room was good with very good bed n pillows 4. The check in for 3rd guest was very bad as the older guy was rather rude and wouldn’t give a key card for the 3rd guest!! Stating that the system only allows 2 key cards.. i paid for a triple room but couldn’t fathom or understand the logic behind this!!! Even suggested that I can pay a deposit for the 3rd card 5. Very good buffet breakfast n 6. Food n drinks are on the expensive side based on the quality of the food n hotel. 5 star price for a 3-4 star hotel Overall very good experience n even though on the side of airport couldn’t hear anything from the hotel or room!!! Definitely recommend this hotel but try to avoid the older guy at reception!!!
🌟 Review – Siam Mandarina Hotel (Near BKK Airport) We stayed at the Siam Mandarina Hotel for a short layover near Suvarnabhumi Airport and were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained – exactly what you’d hope for after a long flight. The hotel has a modern yet cozy feel, and the airport shuttle service was efficient and on time. One suggestion regarding the welcome vouchers: We received one voucher for a welcome cocktail, which we feel should ideally be one per guest – especially when the booking is for two adults. It would make guests feel more equally welcomed. Additionally, the voucher for peanuts seems unnecessary, as most hotel bars typically provide small bar snacks as a courtesy. Removing this might even simplify the guest experience. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the lobby bar was a relaxing spot to unwind. We’d recommend this hotel for anyone needing a convenient and comfortable stopover near BKK.
Rooms are outdated and noisy. Neighbor coming in at 2 am made so much noise that I thought my suite door was opened. Service can be slow - took room service 20 minutes to bring me a menu when I realized their QR code wasn’t working. Location is good for airport stays, but that’s it. Staff are friendly. They don’t leave any food in the refrigerator like other 5 stars, so no milk to mix with espresso if you make that. Meals are okay. Pad Thai portion was tiny, but tasted good. Curry was good, but they brought no rice with the dish. Personally, I don’t think I’ll stay here again.
