Loved my recent stay here. The rooms were nice, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Food options were a bit limited, but I enjoyed what I tried. Location and connectivity was good too.

I had booked the Superior Premium Room — though not very large, the room was adequately spacious, neat, and well-maintained. The washroom was also clean and hygienic, which I appreciated. The location is excellent, right on the main road of Park Street, which makes commuting convenient. The hotel has two lifts and a ramp for persons with disabilities, which adds to its accessibility. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a good range of choices catering to different tastes. For lunch or dinner, the Shiraz 56 restaurant on the ground floor serves tasty food from an à la carte menu, making it easy for in-house guests to have quality meals without stepping out. The staff were courteous and attentive — special thanks to Mr. Raja for his excellent service and helpful nature. One point of criticism would be the hotel's policy of not allowing outside food or visitors in rooms; I feel this could be made more flexible for guest convenience. Overall, it’s a good choice for those wanting to stay in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants and attractions, along with a clean and comfortable environment.
