Our family recently enjoyed a fantastic six-day stay in July 2025 in a Connection Room. This room type was absolutely perfect, especially with a teenager who values their independence—and equally ideal for us parents! The rooms were immaculately clean and incredibly spacious. We were particularly impressed with the amazing room service; when we requested a softer mattress, they promptly provided a comfortable solution. The hotel's location truly shines. Even during peak times, there were always ample spots on the shore. We adored the sea: it was crystal clear, generally had gentle waves, and transformed into a calm lake by the afternoon. You could either wade in from the gradually deepening shore or dive into deeper waters from the dock. The staff were consistently nice and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. While the meal variety and quality were generally 'okay' rather than gourmet, you'll certainly find options to enjoy, and the liquors were fine. Overall, this is a great hotel for a relaxing escape, especially if you want to enjoy a beautiful sea without worrying about cooking
Very nice hotel and setting, we had a quick three day break and was pleased with the overal experience. The hotel could certainly improve cleanliness around swimming pools, beach and beach beds. There is also very little entertainments. If you are looking for a relaxing break, this hotel does offer tranquility with good service.
COMPLAINT My family and I booked an All Inclusive package at Sianji Well-Being Resort from August 5, 2024, but unfortunately, our experience did not match the promised service. During our stay, we noticed the following issues: 1. The food was often the same every day, of poor quality, and in some cases, it seemed like some dishes were leftovers from previous days. 2. The beach was nice, but good sunbeds had to be paid for separately, which was not included in the All Inclusive package. 3. Free drinks were only offered at one bar, while the hotel’s beach restaurant charged extra, even though we had paid for All Inclusive. These discrepancies negatively affected our experience and do not match the expectations and description of the service offered at the time of booking. Please consider our complaint and inform us about the steps you will take, including the possibility of compensation for the missing services. Respectfully,
