Sibyl Hotel Erythrai by Muup

We stayed there for a week and Place is awesome. They have Beach and a Pool side. Chef's and Bar Crews are very hospitable. Though there are times that when house keeping make our room they forgot few things like shower towels and floor mattress. There's one day that they miss to clean our room too. I do understand that house keepers are busy doing they job but manager should make sure that No rooms will be skip in cleaning. Hope you take actions with this. But my favorite part is.. they are Generous in food. 😊 Thanks for making our Vacation fun. Çok Teşekkürler.

Under paid value. The sea view of the room was fantastic. Foods were terrible. Some of the guests had stomachache and felt very bad, me either. However when I talk to the management they told me that if 100% guests have had this, they could think that there was a problem with the food. So they didn't do anthing. Moreover when I asked to get a boiled spaghetti with no sauce (because I couldn't eat anthing) the cook told me that he is so busy and can't do anthing for me, and he was so rude while telling this. Although the management, the receptionist and the cook were very difficult to communicate, other staff were very helpfull, thanks to those staff the vacation was tolerable. I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN. Bayramda ödediğimiz paraya değmedi maalesef. Oda manzarası aile odası verirlerse güzel. Ama ilk gün deniz manzaralı diye denizi ucundan gören bir oda verebildiler. Sonra değiştirdiler. Yaklaşım maalesef çok kötü, özellikle resepsiyondaki bayan çalışanın yaklaşımı. deniz manzarası için ek ödeme yaptığımı söylediğimde ödediğiniz fark 90 lira deyip küçümsedi, sanki fiyatlandırmayı ben yapıyormuşum gibi. Yemekler çok kötü, kullanılan malzemeler gerçekten çok kötü olmalı, 4 gün kaldım 2 gününde hasta olup yattım. Benim gibi bir 10 kişi daha vardı otelde. Ama yine resepsiyondaki kişi bunu dikkate alamayacaklarını söylediler. Aşçıbaşından yiyebileceğim tek şey olarak haşlanmış makarna istedim, ben kimseyle uğraşamam 250 kişiye yemek çıkarıyorum burda diye aşırı kaba bir cümle duydum. Bir de türk kahvesi bardağıyla Cin Tonic vermeye çalışan bir çalışan vardı. Başka bardak istediğimde yine bir sürü memnuniyetsizlik (müşteri değil çalışan memnuniyetsizliği) oldu. Tüm bu rezillikleri farkedip kişisel çabasıyla düzeltmeye çalışan Haydar Bey' e çok teşekkür ederiz, kendisi birçok konuda yardımcı oldu. Sonuç olarak çok saçma bir hotel, kendimi bir 30 yıl öncesinde hissettim, müşteri memnuniyetine bu kadar önem verilmediği bir ortamda olmamıştım daha önce. Fiyatlar da gecelik oda başı 800 TL civarında, bu fiyata daha sağlıklı bir yemek yiyip daha yardımcı bir yönetimle karşılaşabilirdik . Gitmemenizi tavsiye ederim.

I have been in MANY places and hotels - this was the worst experience I ever had! The food was not eatable, the service was so poor - there were glass pieces all over the pool restaurant and in the reception. Few employees were very kind but all of them was afraid of their patron.. so much that no body can do their job without consulting with patron..! - they charged me for 1500 TL for washing our clothes.. for few T-shirts and shorts..! The value of the clothes is not 1500 TL..!! I will NEVER go to this hotel not even they paid me.! Worst experience ever!!! Don’t trust the 5 stars feedback..! Either this is the first EVER holidays or the family members of the owners of the hotel!
