They have a decent size party hall for hosting birthday celebrations and family functions. The food was also good. Have ample parking space. Easily accessible by metro (within 3 kms)
There is nothing to see/ eat around this hotel. It's in a very isolated area it seems. Zero hospitality to guests. ACs/ lights/ plug points are always in a bad condition. Hot water for bathing is not hot at all.. it's just lukewarm water. Complimentary breakfast has no variety. Arrogant staff at the reception.
This is a decent stay with excellent connectivity in Gurgaon. The room service staff is supportive but the day receptionist have some scope for improvement. Another problem is -bedmites. The staff should be alert to such matters. There is always a routine which should be followed for fumigation but unfortunately a lot of places including this are reactive rather than proactive. The on the house breakfast is just ok to serve morning urges but dont set your expectations too high.
