Side Moon Palace Hotel

My family and I spent two wonderful weeks at the Side Moon Palace Hotel, and the whole family is super happy! The hotel is fresh and clean, the rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was varied and delicious every day – something for both adults and children. The kids loved the pools and water slides, and there was always something to do. The beach was about 2-3 minutes away, but a free shuttle bus ran often and worked perfectly. A fantastic place for a family vacation. A big plus was that the bar and evening meals were available 24/7, which is rare at all-inclusive hotels – we will definitely be returning guests to this amazing hotel.

I stayed at this amazing hotel for two weeks, and as a returning guest, I can honestly say it never disappoints. The food was super good and changed daily with different themes, which kept it exciting and enjoyable throughout the stay. The service was excellent, and the evening shows were fun and very well done. The staff were kind and helpful, and both the owner and the managers were often around, making sure everything was going smoothly. You could really feel that they cared about the guests and wanted everyone to have a great experience. I truly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again.

We are on our 10th day here (last day) the hotel is very clean, the staff are amazing, Gulsum & Memet at the pool side bar were amazing to myself and my 3 children, Furkan & Yigit at the shop in the hotel also were incredible to myself and my children. The food selection doesn’t have much variety especially for the children. I spoke to one of the managers about this and our last few days he insisted on making sure my children’s requirements were met. We had a nice break and considering it was nearly 50 degrees most days it didn’t phase us as the pools were very nice and my children loved the slides and the child pool/slides.
