We are currently staying here for a week, the 23rd-30th of June, we didn't pay much for the hotel so we weren't expecting much and after reading previous reviews I was quite worried. However when we arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is absolutely fine, it's a bit run down and I do agree that the corridors are a bit dirty, but the workers here seem to be extremely busy cleaning up peoples mess and are probably understaffed to be able to do it all. The beds are made everyday by the cleaners with fresh toilet roll. The location is great, right next to the beach and not far from a huge bazzar with all the fakes you can ever imagine buying. The food is alright, its fresh and definitely edible. The pool is nice and big with plenty of sunbeds and the pool is clean unlike what some of the reviews are saying. When we arrived there was no towels in the room and I had to ask 3 times over 2 days to actually get them, which was inconvenient, but I would say that was really only the worst bit. Don't expect 5* but I mean for the price it is ideal and you get the all inclusive at the beach too with plenty of sunbeds, it's ideal for a cheap getaway. Don't believe all the bad reviews and give it a chance.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 week. The first day we arrived the hotel was absolutely filthy, the only clean area was the reception. After the reception it is a disappointment . We did see some improvements with the bar cleanliness as the week went on, we saw more staff and what seemed to be new management possibly brought in to improve things. The food was good, lots of choice and it was really the only good thing for us. The room was too small for a family room and it become very cramped. The shower was constantly leaking, which was dangerous with small children as our daughter slipped in the wet. There is also lots of mould in the shower and sink. For the last 2 days we were only given one hand towel for 5 people, the staff told us they had no large towels. This to me was unbelievable. Our room was cleaned however every day and I can not fault the cleaning staff, they try their best. The big issue for us was the pool, it was absolutely filthy full of green and I never ever saw it cleaned. 3 of our party guests have serious ear infections since we returned home and have been to hospital for antibiotics, pain killers and ear drops. I have never experienced anything like this after a holiday. It really feels like who ever owns this hotel does not care at all about the guests, a complete lack of respect for people who are spending their money for a holiday. The animation team are fantastic with the children, very caring and really trying their best. You guys were great and keep up the good work, we really appreciated you all. Over all the staff are doing the best they can with the hotel. As the week progressed the bar improved and more variety was there. It was a disappointing week and to return sick from the hotel pool is definitely very upsetting. I would never visit this hotel again. The department of health need to inspect the pool.

Side Orange Paradise from Thursday, June 20th to Tuesday, June 25th. Despite the hotel's advertised 4-star rating, the conditions I encountered were shockingly poor and barely deserving of a 1-star rating. Firstly, the food served was inedible, and the drinks seemed fake and tasted of petrol. The pool was green and unusable, causing eye and ear infections to other guests. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. The carpets were disgusting, with rubbish scattered everywhere. My room was equally unacceptable, with dirty towels left around and no cleaning service provided despite repeated complaints. For four consecutive days, I was promised that my room would be cleaned, but this was never done. The public areas were filthy, with grotty carpets and a general lack of maintenance. The staff’s service was abysmal, adding to the overall miserable experience. The receptionist kept saying "its not my problem, its housekeeping, and the owner". Even the Love Holidays representative mentioned that she had never seen such a poorly maintained hotel. Furthermore, I spoke with at least 10 other families during my stay who shared similar complaints, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
